A Talk With Shasta Wonder

Hi Shasta, where are you from and where do you live now?
Hi! I’m from Rwanda and I live part time in New York, Los Angeles, and Kigali, with frequent trips to Europe.

Your greatest strength as a model?
Being able to use body language and eyes to get the message across.

What makes nude photography interesting?
The little details and simplicity.

Talk about your relationship with African culture.
I grew up in Africa, but due to how I was raised and my family lifestyle, I didn’t get to experience African culture as much or at least not as much as I would have liked.
Now that I’m grown, one of my goals is to immerse myself in African culture and help others discover it too. I’m starting with Rwanda and Rwandan culture. I have a few different projects there that allow me to learn more about Rwandan culture and share it with others through food, clothing, and nature.

How is Shasta Wonder?
Happy, still ambitious, and making things happen for her restaurants, farms, and clothing boutique while raising and traveling with her beautiful children.

Who is Shasta when no one is around?
Hahaaa, there are many personalities and persons to Shasta! If no one is around, there is a calm and quiet, collected Shasta. She is either using Google to the max, cooking, sleeping, taking baths, or being domesticated.
